In this 3-lesson Awareness Through Movement® (Feldenkrais Method) Audio Series you will learn from listening – not watching! You will see how it is to let your own experience be your guide. There is not a correct way to do these lessons – they are part of a process of learning about your own postural habits.

You will learn how posture is actually the relationship between your parts. By improving your ability to sense these connections you can begin to discover new healthier and more comfortable ways to sit, stand, move and BE in the world.
